Rear pop out window question
 

Hi -

Looking to retrofit pop out windows to my '80 SC. I recently received a set with latches at the rear of the glass. However I was also expecting some sort of hinge on the front of the window that mates to the b pillar. Every picture I see however I don't see these supposed hinges. Am I to assume that instead of a real hinge the ears on the window just flex?
