Leaking Fuel Lines

i'm trying to fix/replace the fuel lines up by the tank and pump on an '84 3.2.
i've searched and searched and all threads point me to boxstergt and his lines. however he does not accept pm's and i have sent him several emails with no response. so.....
is there a way to replace the rubber fuel lines? do i really need to use the ferrule fittings or can a regular hose clamp work there? i can cut the old fittings out with a dremel tool and put new hoses on the old fittings (banjo on pump and the one coming out of the tank on the return line).
what are my options? i need to get this resolved soon

Go for the fix or you have to replace the line through the chassis. Be sure to use high pressure fuel lines and clamps

Search for "Oetiker clamps" - there are a number of threads on this.

yes, i have seen those. they are like the ones on the cv boots. i have that crimper as well so that would be easiest.
as i research some more i find that the hose clamps with the band on the inside (as to not tear up the lines) are a good alternative.

These guys have genuine Oetiker clamps with the interior band to prevent the hose from being pinched as the clamp is compressed. I used these when I replaced the hoses at the engine. I actually replaced my lines through the tunnel with OEM, but used these for the engine bay. I am very satisfied, very high quality.
