Does anyone know if the new Blaupunkt SQR46 is available for purchase in North America? The Blaupunkt website has the new unit for sale in Europe

There is a company in the UK that will sell you one when they are restocked in September.

They did reply to my mails in English ;-)
No German mastery needed. As far as I can tell, it is still in preorder here in Europe too. Earliest delivery from 10-sept-2019 on some dealers' sites, other show the more realistic 'due in stock from October 2019'...

However, I have not yet found an aesthetically pleasing way to completely hide a DAB+ antenna in my 1985 Carrera. Included is a window antenna (glued to the inside) but I don't like that it is visible at all times.
I am exploring the 'foil' type antenna's now ( https://www.calearo.com/en/products/antennas/foil-dab-dab-7677951 ) but I have yet to find a good spot to hide them under that is not metallic. Maybe under the hood board in between the to rear speakers ? Or some place in the front bumper ?

Mine's pumped thru an Alpine AMP and has a bass tube kicker and will have a underseat Alpine subwoofer Monday

In the process of updating 15 yr old cerwin vega speakers now but it sounds good to me with them

For an older 911 or MB this is the ultimate. Not cheap but it looks great IMO.
