Is 2282 Blue Vinyl the same as Dark Blue ?

I'm looking for some dark blue vinyl to recover my dash. PP has some vinyl called 2282 Blue -

Pelican Parts - Restoration Materials - Domestic Interior Vinyl

Is this dark blue or marine blue? I know i should get a sample, but I'm making an order, an would like to place it on the order. Has anyone bought this from PP or World?
