Has anyone used them in their too-loud-droning exhaust? If so, are you satisfied? http://www.rocky-mountain-performance.com/

I'm pretty sure a few people have used these on M&K mufflers, do a search.

I saw a cute way of silencing exhaust sound on a car years ago.
The idea was to place tipping valves in the exhaust (like the ones on top of big truck stacks) so that they opened at different pressures or maybe RPMs. I heard the engine running and it was fairly quiet at idle...making more noise as the RPMs came up. I thought that perhaps a series of valves (like on brass music instruments) inside a muffler might work....difficult to do...but I am sure we have very smart people here to try it. Bob
