Hotels with secure parking?

Do any of the major U.S. hotel chains offer secure premium parking, for perhaps an additional fee? (perhaps indoor parking even?)

I want to take the pcar on a trip and don't want to subject it parking lot dents, theft, etc.
thanks

Can't you get dents and dings indoors as well?

The most premium service I've seen is Valet parking to an underground parking facility....but god knows what happens to it after it's out of sight.

I'd rather park the car myself and where I'm able to see it...if possible.

The only way I have ever been able to do that was either line of sight parking (putting it in range and line of sight of the 30.06 from your room), or bribing the concierge to park it somewhere it won't be bothered. Sometimes that will be in the front driveway, off to the side.

Right, I would not let anyone else park it. And I agree that it could be dented indoors too. Maybe I'll sleep in it.
Still hoping someone may have heard of special parking for paranoid pcar owners.

When I'm traveling with the P. I take extra time to call and talk to the Concierge on a variety of topics along with Parking. With the right demeanor and attitude, I find that almost all the time I am accommodated with up front parking.

Many class hotels understand and will accommodate you.

A generous tip is always in order for the Concierge and Bell captain.

just drive up there, park it right next to the red carpet, get out with a look on your face as if you own the place, lock the car, tip the dude in the funny suit, while you say you'll be back in just a minute , then check in and go to sleep... if they touch your car, sue the living crap out of em , tell them it's bad customer service, that you accidentally fell a sleep because of beeing very tired... basically demand satisfaction of some sort ... a new paint job for example

I agree. The concierge is your best bet. Taking the 30.06 thru the lobby gets funny looks these days.

I live in hotels Monday thru Friday, valets see nice cars every day, so I would either let it go and be trusting or take another vehicle.

But then I had the same concern until my wife explained it to me the other day when deciding which car to take to dinner. To put it plainly she couldn't see what the big deal was on taking the "old" car when I regularily ditch her new MBZ with valets and that cars is worth many times more. So either give your child up to the daycare or stay home and babysit!!

I agree with the up-scale hotel advise.

HOTEL Security

I usually park it in the lobby and the staff surrounds with velvet ropes and attaches signs "touch and you die" other wise I find a different hotel

If you are a road traveler as I am, When I'm flying around the country, I try to stay at a "W", Ritz, Crowne Plaza etc. and I make it a point to get to know the Bell Captain, Concierge, etc.

When the wife and I take off in the P-Car, I've actually called some of those Concierge's and BC's to ask a favor to give their sister hotel a heads up. They were happy to do it....They remember good customers expecially ones that tip..........
