I also have a problem with mine.. It is missing the rod and the knob that dails in the setting is broken. The piece that gives the "indent" and closes the two switches is broken. (Just under the knob on the shaft from the switch.) I need the part number for that little thing. The Knob part number is 91 322 40 80 7. It keeps the knob from turning 360 degrees.

Wil,

Any idea in your travels of the auto system what would make it seem like I am getting full heat on 1-2 setting. Last time I used the heat it felt like a blast furnace on 1-2...
