Pittsburgh sand blasting
Has anyone used Ameritech (kevin) in bethel park to sand blast a 911 Porsche car body or similar?
b everything I read says do not do sand blasting unless the person is experienced and knows how to not stress metal.

The biggest reason is that many blasters aren't careful/willing to be patient.
They turn up the pressure and crank through the job. (Not surprising really)! The bummer is that doing this will warp the large panels like hoods and doors. It also work hardens the metal. This leads to the body man either needing to metal finish Or spread a skim coat of filler over the panels to get them straight again. Cooper |
