True barn find
Just wanted to share - I know this is the 911 forum but it's always fun to see real a barn find, right?
This one is a 1960 356B that has been sitting in that spot for 18 years. I got talking about my 911 and a friend starting talking about his old porsche (this one). I can't give too many deatils on location etc. as I am going to attempt an offer - though I think we're about $2K apart right now. Can post more pics if you want to see. ![]() ![]() |

BUY!
Dont tuch the boy or interior, Originality can never be brought back. Also if you later on sell to a German collector that are willing to spend 50-80k on restoration he is willing to pay extra nowing that it haven't been tuched. In Europe i've started to see a tendency that untuched cars seems to be valued higher than restored. just my input -Bo

I agree with just pay the $2000 and be done with it.You will probably need to put so much into it that $2000 + or - now will mean nothing.Keep in mind that although it has been off the road for the last 18 years, that still leaves 38 years of wear and tear before that.

Dont know where you started but DO IT
Or try this, was with my Brother looking at some older nice guns, they were about 500 apart (still a good deal either way) So my brother says, I will flip you for the difference, guy says what!! Lets flip a coin price gos to who ever wins, Guy laughs and says what the hell, they do it my brother happened to win this one BUT both laughed and were happy with the deal and the stalemate was over. I have used it and both won and lost, but always a laugh and the stalemate was over. Good luck, and as others if you think the other 2K is too much drop me a note!! Regards Edit Hey Victor, That looks like a North Carolina obscured plate and the inspection sticker looks to be NC for sure, hell I go check it out foe you!! WOW! I think the consensus here is you better snap it up before somebody beats you to it.

I found a 60 cab in a barn, the owner set a price on it and bought it withing a few days. I later found out that two other people were dickering with her on the price.
