show me lowered Mid-year W/O SC flares...
I am lowering my 75 Targa from stock DOT height….
I have (real) FUCHS 7x16's in the rear with 205/55's…..has anyone out there gotten this combo to fit under the stock 69-77 rear flares without rubbing ???? if so, did you kick out the camber (negative) ???? I don't want to slam it, but hate the stock height…looks like it's ready to do the Baja 500….. any help or advice will be appreciated greatly ![]() again…these are stock rear flares with no SC or RS welded on…..

Greg,
I'm in the same situation as you. I'm subscribed and waiting on the brain trust to point us in the right direction.

I'm also interested in the responses. I've got 16x7 BBS ET20 replicas at all four corners. I plan to also lower my car to at least Euro height.

Mine was lowered by previous owner, I have no idea if it's Euro height but I do have 225/50's on 7x16 fuchs. The fenders have been rolled to stop rubbing but still narrow bodied. I don't believe there is any rubbing but I haven't driven my car in 4 or 5 years so I just don't remember.

If 7x15/205 fit on Euro-hight fit according to Porsche, then 7x16/205 fit too.
Just check the "narrow bodied thread". Lots of info there... |

I'll post a pic of mine when I get home. I had 225/50/16's on 7" Fuchs at all 4 corners. All fender lips rolled and max neg. camber at all fours. No rubbing on the street, but hard acceleration in a turn at autocross rears would rub above the lips. I have large torsion bars and sways, corner balanced, etc. I'm now adding the Carreras flares.

Thanks for the responses ….. so it looks like with neg camber, I can do it to close to Euro height ????
Eli, the red car looks great !!!! I'd be happy even without getting that low.

Nice picture, Eli. Looks like rural Ohio.
Only go one inch up max on rear. No more. Alternatively, drop the front one inch and call it quits. ![]()

Here are a couple of shots with mine. I'm a little lower than Euro spec.
