Help : Broken outside door handle passenger's side
 

Had problems for a while with the passenger's side door handle, until the metal inner tongue (where the fingers pull in order to open the door, see picture) broke.

the rest of the handle is ok, do I have to replace it totally ?:confused:

any advices ?

Just remove door handle and buy the trigger! Or pick up a used set and harvest the trigger (finger pull).

2 - 8mm nuts inside door so pull off door panel with window in up position etc.

1 hr job max.

Good time to clean and lube your door latch mechanisms etc.
