What do you use to add air to your tires?
Bicycle pump, pancake compressor, go to a gas station, tire center for nitrogen?
|
Bicycle pump, are you kidding, I mean I guess one could use one in a pinch? I use my compressor, no need for nitrogen in a street driven car.
|
I use a 3 gallon "hot dog" style compressor on-sale from HF.

My garage compressor.

Nitrogen bottle, when it has nitrogen in it.

Bike pump.

Bike pump, but never reference the pump gauge. Instead, have a handheld 0 - 6-psi Oxy tank gauge from my welding supply location, with a nice schraeder attachment. Absoutely 100% precise measurement from this gauge - I don't trust any other.

Use pressurized air. Unpressurized air really doesn't work well.

Huge compressor in the garage at home.
Bike pump at the track... being serious, don't discount this idea. Works way better than one would think! Just check the actual pressure with a good gauge. You can top off the small 16" tires pretty quick. Plus, is easier to pack in the frunk as well. |
I suspect the foot type bicycle pump and not one of those little carbon fibre ones that fit in a jersey pocket ;-)

Bend down, all fours, blow like heck into the little black thing...
