How high should the fuel level be on Webers, where to measure with float level gauge.

Should I measure it from middle of the "holo screw" to up..or should I measure the fuel level from the carburator body.

How much should it be. 14-15.5mm??

To accurately measure the float level you need a small screw-in vial available from Pelican & others for a few $$. It will have the right level marked. Since this is an essential measurement, any other method will likely just lead to more problems later on. If you are going to work on your Webers yourself you need to get at least a Hayes manual & preferably an actual Weber manual. There are at least 2 Weber manuals so be sure to get the one that has your carb type. If you insist on “guessing” try 13mm below the top of the carb body (sitting level) w/the top off. It won’t be right but the car should at least run.

Well, there was this another thread where were a certain amount of mm mentioned and that it could be measured with DIY device.
