Steering Fit

I have a three spoke SC style steering wheel removed from a '74 911. It appears to be identical to the SC wheel but it has an unpainted center (aluminum?) I was told it probably came from a 928. Was such a wheel used on the 928 or was it a common 911 wheel? I believe the car is a European model since it has no window VIN tag.

The hub is permanently attached like a regular three spoke and doesn't look to have been changed.

Jack

Yes, the 3-spoke wheel was also found in the earlier 928s. Its been a while since I looked at one, but I thought the part number was stamped on the splined hub section. That would confirm its intended host!
