Washer fluid tank

Just spent whole weekend redoing my a/c system on my '83 SC.
The most difficult part was the removal and installation of the a/c hoses.
Total time spent was about 8-10 hours and now I'm stuck at trying to bolt back the washer fluid tank in drivers side front wheel well.

What's the trick to getting that damn tank back up so I can screw bolt and bottom strap? I spent 2 hours this morning and still can't get it back in.

Mahalo,
David

I was able to get the screw in above where the filler hose enters the tank, first. I then worked on the strap, which took around 30 min of struggling. Fully loosened the screw to get it back/connected. Eventually got the strap hooked up, tightened, and then moved back to the first screw. Had to pull that screw back out, get the flange from second tank that sits above the washer tank lined up, then finally get the screw back installed. Overall, it was a major PITA. Hopefully someone has a better "process" than I just described as there has to be a better way!!!!

I took a break and asked my wife to look at it. She had it in there in less than 5 mins. Might want to get a fresh set of eyes on the problem.
