Looking at a '90 C2 with 26K miles...

and the car is all original including the flywheel. I am new to the 911 and have read about the poblems with flywheels and the cylinders. Should I pass on it or is it really an issue?

Depends how much they're asking. It's low miles, yes, but with these things that could come up and bite you later (it's my understanding that the flywheel *might* fail, the gaskets are fairly likely to leak without a reseal, and the distributor vent absolutely positively has to be vented), it shouldn't (IMO) command much of a premium. I'd be inclined to go for a higher mileage example which has been driven (because for 13 year old car, 26k miles is nothing... mine is coming up to 100k miles), well maintained, and had all the updates done. My $.02 worth.
