need help with H4 Headlight
I'm missing something that the headlight adjusting screw goes into. The Porsche dealer doesn't have any idea, either does Pelican. Can anyone please help?

You are missing two parts.
One is like a nut and the other is like a rubber tube. I think those are not sold separately, the best bet would be to post a wtb in the parts classifieds. Here pictures of the adjusting mechanism ![]() and of one of the parts, the one that is like a nut. I do not have a picture of the rubber tube. ![]()

Looks the same as an early VW bug. Probably easier and less expensive to find parts that way. I work in a VW shop. I might be able to find something. It would be used though.

As mentioned by vw_sale, these parts are also used on Beetles.
You can get a complete hardware kit from many vendors, here's one from CIP https://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=VWC-111-998-037-PR |

It would be very easy to fabricate one if you have the correct size tap. It is just a threaded piece.
Or place and ad in the parts classifieds, most probably somebody will give it to you for free. Unfortunately I do not have any left. The rubber part is easy, you only need a rubber tube or a solid rubber part that fits the hole and you just drill a small hole in it and that's it. |

That rubber piece fell apart on one of my headlights. I ended up getting a rubber cork from lowes in the hardware section. Drilled a hole through the cork then used a raiser blade to cut it down so that it would barely fit into the hole. It looks pretty rough but it works.
