Rear Center Reflector removal?

Does anyone have photos of the hardware on the back of the reflector? I have an aluminum plate covering the top rear of the engine bay. I can't see how to remove it. I've seen photos of the back of the reflector when it was off the car but never on. I know it has 10 studs on the back side. It's on my '79 non turbo 930 SC.
A diagram would also help.

Here are a couple of links to start with and some pictures of how the mounted '79 reflector looks from behind the mounting panel:

Actually it is a tricky job and has to be handled with great delicacy because the 10 clips that hold it in place do bite quite aggressively into the round plastic studs. If you are not careful you could break the quite fragile reflector.

I understand that to access the rear of the reflector mounting panel you have to take off the muffler and possibly the bumper to make the job easy.

Thank you very much! This may be the best time to do it since the engine is out of the car.

I think the best way to get the rear reflector off without damage is to bend back the tongues of the clips individually that hold the reflector in its place. You can always bend them back once the reflector is removed and the clips are out off the mounting panel. If you mess up a clip they are still available, I think here at Pelican.

Clips?

Remove the heat shield above where the muffler resides and have at it with a wrench.

Here is a shot of mine just before reinstalling it. I understand there are different attaching mechanisms, but you can see how it works on my 84. If you look on the floor you can see the plastic posts sticking out of the back of the reflector. The metal clips snap into holes in the body panel and the holes in them are barbed and grab the reflector posts. Removing the reflector was an exercise in patience to pry it off the car without cracking it. I used a putty knife and valium.
