Car Fax Question and VIN

I want to run a Car Fax on a 1978 911 SC but the California Title says the VIN is

9118202421

What other letters or numbers should I put in front of the foregoing number to access the Car Fax information (if any is available).

Carfax does not support older VINs such as these.

83 is the earliest.

1981 was the first year Porsche used ISO VIN numbers. I was able to run a carfax on my 81 SC.
