Will 996 seats bolt into my classic 911?

My seats are getting pretty shot, the leather feels like cardboard, and instead of recovering them I have a lead on some nice 996 seats, power, black. Will these bolt in?

They will fit, but modifications are required. I have 997 seats installed.

Do you have a pic? How much work was involved? I'm wondering if they'll look stupid in an older car.
