Bumperettes/Overriders - What are these?

Are these fronts or rears, and any idea of year?
Since they have the rubber strip I was thinking they are from a lwb car, but could be wrong.

I'm going to throw them up for sale but need to figure out what they are to ask.

They appear to be LWB rear. 69-73

+1 (even though they will fit a 73 car, MY 73 transitioned to the ugly rubber units front and rear.

Were rubber strips used on ‘65/‘66 cars? I’m curious if mine are replacements or original.

I think ‘66 was the last year for all chrome and the rubber strip was added in ‘67. The rubber strip continued until ‘73 when they added those hideous huge things. I couldn’t wait to remove mine.
