Help for smoking problem

I have a 911 SC (Euro car) that has started smoking after about 84,000 miles (original engine build) It doesn't start smoking until the car has run for about 45 minutes and on hot days. Then the exhaust looks like a mosquito smoker machine.

Any ideas what could be causing this or someone who might? I am hoping to not have to pull the engine.

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide
