I saw that car in an ad on Craigslist, From the wording of the ad, it was clear that the current owner had just bought the car and was flipping it. It didn't look like a good car from where I sit, although I never looked at it in person. It wasn't in Tulsa, but in a little town around and hour/hour and a half NE of Tulsa.

I don't think you'll regret not getting it. There are better cars out there.
