Both turn signals on constantly when lights are on
Obviously not the way it is supposed to work, but since it wasn't always like that and I haven't moved any wiring connections so I am wondering if this is actually in the turn signal/high and low beam switches on the steering wheel. I seem to remember seeing something about this on the forum some time ago. Any tips to pass along?
Thanks. |
Swap relays?

Check the bulbs.

Joe - swap relays as in change the wiring routing or replace the actual relays?
Chirp - may be being dense here but how would the bulbs account for that. Thanks for the responses. |
Turn signal/flasher relay. Do the hazard flashers work?

Its always the earth, most of the time.....

Sounds to me like you've got a ground problem. I'd check the grounds on your intake, the heavy ground under the car and the ground lug for the battery in the trunk area. It could be a bulb too. I had a bulb blow on my trailer one time that threw my entire brake system out of whack. I can't explain how but somehow it grounded caused all sorts of problems.

With the above test confirming they work OK, wouldn't that rule out a ground issue? Thanks guys. |
