Was there a post on this car ?

This car could have some excellent potential for a resto project. Aside from the horrible interior mods the car has some rare stuff including an aluminum ducktail !!!!!!!!

Interesting car. It's an E according to the vin. It would sure help him sell it if he had the kardex to verify the factory option. Also, he said the seats were recovered, it's hard to tell from the photos, but they don't look like early sport seats. Also the correct wheels and trim would help sell it as well. Anything to bring it back to original condition would help. As it is, it just appears to be a modified car which goes against his selling point of the factory RS look.

I donno? I'm not sure that the rear fenders look any wider then stock. And what's with the RHD? Why would anyone bother importing one of them over here? I think that they'd kill for a nice RHD in the UK from what I've read, apparently there are some pretty dodgy conversions out there. But here???

According to the seller, it is one of the few cars built with this configuration. If you exclude the questionable "RS Look", what's so special about a coupe with a sunroof and MFI. Didn't all of the sunroof s in 1973 come on coupes with MFI?

It seems like a nicely done car for what it is -- if you like bid on it. But I don't think that it is going to get a huge reception on EBay. At least not from buyers in North America.

"BODY: Unmodified wide rear fenders "

Huh? Apparently he's referring to the difference between the pre-69 flat fenders and the mildly flared 69-73 fenders???? RS Fenders? NO! Those seats aren't early sport seats. Look more like newer 1-piece highback standard seats. Maybe the guy is just regurgitating the mis-information told to him by the previous seller! -- Curt

Your right Curt. I hadn't even looked at the rear flares. Factory RS look, I don't think so. If there is such a thing.

Did you guys notice the S2000 lurking in the garage?
