Do you remember these Fram oil filters?

Hello all,

Wondering if anyone knows or remembers these oil filters? Not sure of their application, about to call up Fram. [Filter insert is for the larger filter].

Thanks in advance for any insight you can shine on the subject.

Are they off of Porsche tractors?

Similar to the ones used on the 356 A cars...

Thanks Franny, I have a few 356s to compare this one to here at the shop and saw that similarity as well -- but there are some differences that make me believe it is for something else.

Oh, so are they German or French? On the 356 all the text is in German but it looks like yours are in French? I always though of Fram as German.

Yup they are French. I was thinking tractor as well, however a lot of the 904 parts were manufactured in france so I was getting a little hopeful on these...
