Headliner and pop-outs

Couple questions for those in the know...first can somebody post a pic/explanation of the seals needed for the pop out on a 76s. I have been trying to understand which ones are needed my car was a shell, have the pop outs out of the car and the seal that goes around them are fine. I also have the metal sill the fits on the body, as well as the upholstered sill trim on the inside. Trying to figure out if it is one seal or two that I need. The tech breakouts have me even more confused.

Also, my windows are all out and I plan on putting in a new headliner. Trying to figure out if the sunroof headliner requires any bows or if it just floats on the padding under the sunroof housing. If it does require bows, does anyone know how long they are so I can fabricate some?

T,
my '83SC w/sunroof headliner has no bows. I am preparing to install new headliner in my car as well. If your car has all the padding in place, I'd appreciate a good pic of that before you install headliner, if possible.

thx,
Pd

Not sure if this is everything.....

I just got my headliner today and hope to have it in within the next week or so...as soon as the jambs are painted. Here is a pic of what I'm working with. Hope this helps. If you want to send me an email I can send pics as I complete the work and tell you the things I ran into, having never do it before. Really no padding to speak of other than the underside of the sunroof box.

T,
thank you sir....those will help.

There should be felt strips (approx. 1" wide) that cover the areas where the sunroof frame is screwed in place....these are available here at PP.
Will send an email...thanks.
