A 911 or 964 Speedster with a lowered/chopped Targa bar added (no rear glass) for an extra measure of safety would be cool.

I've got things to do today, maybe somebody can Photoshop that up for us.

Hey Rich and Dick........the man asked about Targa inspiration. End of the day.....We all love our cars whether its a Cab, coupe or a Targa. No reason to throw stones just because you have something different.

86Flat.......no doubt.....that's definitely some inspiration.

My inspiration came from about 25 sources and multiple models, most recently, the 991 Targa.

Driving cross country top down and barefoot - 30 hours Florida to California. I know not a record time, but a nice little sprint. Took our time getting back.

The only thing that sucks about a Targa...

Is when people keep their roof on and pretend its a coupe. Got mine 4 years ago, been rained on 2x, top has never left the basement

SoCal has the right approach for a Targa!! Definitely hope to add a Targa at some point and use it just as SoCal does. my first car, as a 17 y/o, was a 914 and the open top was awesome.

Are those OEM turbo flares or some aftermarket kind? They seem HUGE!

Another angle

Here's one to stretch the synapses (maybe just a stretch). You never know what can trigger the spark.
