Unfortunately I won't be there (in Dallas until late Sat) and done enough events to be in group 3 last time out. Mike Feinstein will be though. . . class 1 as well. Send him an email as he may be interested. I hope to stop by the track Sunday - will look for you.

Turns out my motor did not need a rebuild after all! (Long Strange story) I would love to go but I really need an oil cooler first. Not sure If I can afford an oil cooler and the DE cost by November. IF I do I will let you know.

As I am only 45 min. from Road Atlanta I am planning to be there to see what kinds of cars (Porsches of course) people are driving in what classes. Perhaps pick up some pointers from the experienced guys-- Marc.

Wouldn't want to miss a chance to see the serious driver's at play...

I will have to calender it. I have been to track days before at RA and it is a blast! I have done group 1, 2, and 3 in our region, Dixie?, but not sure if I am ready for three at RA. Would be glad to be your student!

I would love to participate in this and other classes (including Autocross). But I need to find a rollbar first, one that won't eliminate the use of the rear seats. Or scalp my kids getting in and out of said rear seats. Any suggestions?

Wow! Great news! How did you find out that I made it in? I scoured the Peachstate site but couldn't find any indication. It'd be great to learn from you...please sign me up.

Just got back from a couple of weeks of back to back trips over the pond only to find out that the suspension work on my car is STILL not done (mechanic has had the car for 3 weeks now). Getting 22 and 28mm T-bars, adjustable rear sway, bushings, shocks, lower, alignment and corner balance. Bottom line is that the car will be prepped waaaay beyond my capabilities. I look forward to growing into it. . .if I ever get it back!
