reading Trans Fluid threads... wow I am now confused

I just got back my 915 Tranny from the rebuilder and now am faced with the dilemma of which tranny fluid to put in it. I researched various threads here about which fluid is best in a stock 915 in my 73.5 Targa 2.4 CIS restoration.

I am looking for a smooth shifts in a street car- not interested in racing this thing. I do have bottles of Red Line MT90 laying around my garage but don't know if these would be good or not in a 915. Swepco and Kendall seem to be recommended but want to make sure I get the correct fluid for an older model like my 73.5 Targa.

Any straight GL-5. I prefer dino oil, which is cheap and readily available. 80w90 is a good choice. NO additives, ESPECIALLY "friction modifiers" of any kind. That means NO limited slip special oils! This is one product for your Porsche that you can safely purchase at your FLAPS.

The more "old school" the better, no new modern stuff......

The Redline is way too slippery. I also think MT may only be GL4. As mention any Dino oil is fine. Castrol, Valvoline or the more popular and highly debated Swepco and Kendall options.
Just change it every 15k or every 2-3 years and you'll be fine no matter which you choose.
