Car driven 500 miles in 7 years. Concerns?

What should I be concerned about with a mid 80's Porsche that has driven under 500 miles in 7 years? The last stated mileage on record is from 2007. Thank you in advance.

Tampered odometer?
varnish in the fuel system
dried seals all the way around
tires no longer DOT road legal, and hardened
moisture in the engine oil
mice and rodent occupation likely
dead battery
brakes could be frozen, but the fluid is definitely shot, hygroscopic properties.
the list goes on

I assume you have taken possession of the 930?

Thank you for your thoughts. No I haven't. Just doing some due diligence while away.

It's definitely worth acquiring, even if it seems like a money pit at first.

Seals in the turbo can go bad as well, but its probably lower down on the list of things to look after before running.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes...and yes. Just about covered it. This short list makes it look ohh sooo easy...but it's time. And more time.
