911 3.6 exhaust question
Hi everyone, first post here. I recently purchased my first Porsche. It's a 79' 911sc with a 95' 3.6. It has the original 3.0 exhaust still on it and I just purchased a set of b&b headers (with heat) and with 1 5/8" primaries. My question is which manifold gaskets do I need? Does the 3.6 just use the "exhaust seal ring" I found on pelican? I was looking for more of a traditional looking gasket with one large hole for the exhaust port and two small ones for the studs. Thanks in advance

The 3.6 uses the seal ring.

Do you have a pic of the 3.0 heat exchangers and muffler on the 3.6?
I didn't think it would even bolt up. Or maybe the 993 exchangers are there with the 3.0 muffler modified to fit? Very curious. |

Yeah there are four spots for studs on each head so the 3.0 exchanger fit fine
