Firts I search the decal of the rpm for changue the look of the clock or one clock in súper good price !!

Send your unit to North Hollywood Speedometer or another VDO repair shop and have them recalibrate it to 10K and reface the gauge.

Yes !! But anybody know one seller for make now the buyment of the 10.000 rpm decal now and when I have the car finished and started I would send for make the calibrated of the clock.......

A Stack st200 should drop right in. You'd lose your signal and high beam indicators though. I've seen photos of one in a 911, but can't seem to find it now. Disclaimer: I've never tried this myself, so I have no idea how difficult it would be to wire.
