Missing whale tail piece

I have this whale tail but the painter lost the top piece prior to his drug use and leaving my parts in his shop that was closed and sold. Can anyone help me find the top piece?

I guess we need to start with which whale tail it is.

Is it factory? If factory, there are some pretty sharp folks here that can help you ID what you need.

Any part numbers on a plate on the inside?

It is an after market that I bought 10 years ago from performance. There are no markings or numbers anywhere on it.
