First off whats the VIN ? Does it have WP0ZZZ....
Secondly Gauges, headlights, interior fabric, tail lights, lack of side marker lights presence of a rear fog light, ?

There are lots of threads here on ROW vs US cars.

Simple check would be for marker lights on the front fenders. If the engine is original to the car, it will be type 930/10. This is stamped on the engine case near the oil pressure sending unit.

The RoW models would have also come from the factory with the narrow rear bumber guards, but often these got changed out to the wide bumper guards when federalized.

It will also be indicated in the VIN, but I don't recall off the top of my head what the RoW indicator is on the '81+ models, as that was a VIN change year.
