Looking for shop in Baltimore area

Am in process of buying a 76 Porsche, would appreciate any suggestions on where to have maintenance work done in the Baltimore area. Been around P cars over 40 years, place I have gone to many times has burned me twice, once with a $3200 clutch job on an 86 targa and once on a $6k job on a 59 356 disc brake upgrade where I supplied nearly all the parts and got body damage on all four corners while there. Live not too far from Hunt Valley. Trying to stay away from the shops that are disengaged from 2014, that take 6 months to do routine stuff, etc.
T.I. A. Ron near Baltimore. (trying to make one more run with the p cars and not go broke over it) (car is a 912E but put in this forum as should be a lot more 911 cars and well, work is work)

here's a photo just for fun from the 70's. me and lots of aluminum.

Check out Ralph's in Owings Mills. He is very old school and as honest as the day is long. (At least this has been my experience thus far.)
Nice to have another 76 in the area.
Home Page.

Depending on what you need done I have the space and am always willing to get dirty.

help nearby in York

Tony Miller at Translog, York, PA. Honest, straight shooter. Technically excellent. Good luck.

Sorry you had those experiences. If you don't mind going to Gaithersburg, I would suggest Matt De Maria, Stuttgart Performance Engineering. Is especially real strong with the 4 cylinder cars. Might be just the ticket. Very well respected on the Dorkiphus forum.

Hope you find what you're looking for.

Thank you, know Matt is a good guy. I was at an intersection in my 356 when Matt and Chris drove by in Matt's old pickup with an abarth carrera (756) hanging off the truck bed many years ago. Was after that car, #16, but missed it. Fun day. Will look into York guy. Ron

Ron,
I live in close in Sparks, I do all my own work and can offer support if you need it. I hear Ralph is a good guy and close. I'd like to hear about your York experience if you head that way also.
