Repair Panels
What are you experiences of using repair panels. B Post, kidneys and sills.
Dansk or genuine Porsche. Are there other manufacturers? I have read that someone reckoned repair panels were much thinner than originals. Thanks |

With any repair panel you will find that you have to do a bit of massaging to make them work whether the part be Porsche, Dansk or Restoration Design. In my experience all of these provide excellent parts. I have not found the likes of Dansk or Restoration Design to be inferior to genuine Porsche at all, and would not hesitate to buy these.

I found that Dansk replacement rocker panels needed work. Even the Porsche parts catalog says that their replacement rockers require work. On the other hand, I bought a replacement front fender from Porsche that looks and fits perfect. Expensive but surprisingly not much more than the reproduction fender.
