I gave up on John Dougherty... He doesn't answer his phone or emails...
So I went with Elgin cams instead. They answer the phone and emails, and were pretty quick on the delivery, about two weeks for a set of new race cams.

Not sure, I just had a set cut for my 69 E by WebCams to factory spec. Easy to deal with and a good price to boot.
