Atlanta Pelicans Info.

Hey Folks

I am dropping the motor/tranny next Saturday morning If you want to come and watch/Help. I have borrowed a special jack and a 911 motor stand. I think I have all of the other tools.

I live in Snellville near Stone Mountain. Bring your Porsches!!

I am only going to replace the clutch throw out arm for now unless we see other problems. After I take it apart and look around I will be ordering the necessary parts from our host and doing some detailing in the engine compartment. I plan to re-install maybe two weeks later.

Oh ya

My car is a 73 coupe with an SC 3.0 w/AC.

I will probably get started around 9:30 or 10:00. I think I will be finished by 2:00PM at the latest. Please e-mail for directions. My new e-mail address is:

lombard.erik@cleanharbors.com

Sorry Erik- I promissed the wife a full day of chores in exchange for the Sunday off (mountain drive). Otherwise I would be happy to come help.
Sean.

Bummer Sean

I realize the timing is bad. If I asked my wife for two Porsche days in a row it would be messy.

Bumping this so Bruce can put the photos up....

had a blast pulling eric's engine, after that, went home and did yard work..I will be now addressed as "your filthiness" It took 3 soapings before dinner to get all the grime off...

Eric, PM me with your phone number...I'll drop the wheel off...It sticks out about 1 inch too far in the rear...LOOOOKS SWEEET though (if I had flares)...I've got a set of "s" flares just sitting around....I might have to put them on....I didnt' try the wheel on the front....

lemme know when you're reinstalling, or if you need help with the clutch...
