Painting specs; ie. Fuchs wheels?

This is the sticker under the 'bonnet' and I was hoping it would tell me whether the wheels were painted the car's colour of
Lagoon Green ex factory or whether the wheels' centres would have been eg black originally.
Can anybody please shine some light on how to decipher the sticker please?

I'd leave them as they are Frans, everyone else has black fuchs

I might be not quite correct, but I do have in memory that from 1984 it was a factory option to have the fuchs being painted in bodycolour for some selected options such as white (the most common).
