Advise on removing a bushing
 
I am sorta familiar with the mapp gas torch method is there another way?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1407163492.jpg

You have two bushings there... one inserted from each side, each consisting of a steel/rubber/steel sandwich. I've knocked them out with a punch or screwdriver. Just find the joint in the middle of the through hole and start tapping. It pretty much ruins the screwdriver.
I've only done it with AL trailing arms... not sure how firmly the steel trailing arms might have rusted to the bushings.
