Selling a 76 for the Euro market

I could get my hands on a 76 2.7++ that needs quite a bit of help. "IF" I was to chase this one down I'd think I'd work it twards selling it in the Euro market. All that being said, I don't see this as a resto project or a modified project but rather a strip to lightweight car instead.
Would that be a doable for Europe or are there restrictions that it must be stock/resto in order to enter into that market?
