Anyone Powder-Coated Euromeisters?

I'm looking to have my Euromeisters painted a single color throughout and am considering powder-coating as an alternative to paint. I was wondering if anyone has had this done and, if so, how did the machined section of the rim turn out? Does the media blasting basically flatten it to the same finish as the petals? Also, any idea what the typical cost per wheel is for blasting and coating? Thanks.

I talked to a local powder-coater about that when I was considering E-meisters, and he felt that the machining looked a bit too coarse and that the rim area would need to be sanded smooth.

Then again, he also admitted to being very tame on the media blast, doesn't like to use anything very aggressive. So a different shop may have different results.

Good to know - thanks. I was also wondering whether media blasting would be sufficient to take out the machining. They may need to be sanded by hand...
