SC Oil Leak inspection again

I repaired the "Triangle of Death" about a year ago. Sanded Oil Breather Housing true and re-sealed with new gasket and Loctite 574. Replaced Oil Light Sending Unit. Replaced Oil Thermostat O-Ring with new green one and Dow 111. Used same Breather Hose with new clamp.

Looks like the Hose is leaking again, even though I tightened it with a small ratchet and socket. The green 0-Ring didn't have much resistance when I installed it. I have a new orange one that I may check to see how it fits.

I have a new Breather Hose and Clamps from our Host that I'll use this time. Does anyone know of a way to make sure the hose does not leak? Has anyone used sealer in the hose?

Notice the impressions inside the hose, from the ball bearings on the housing neck from previous use.
