What in the world are these tiny things?
What are these two little black things? As you can see, they are about the size of a quarter... As I recall, I found them under the front mats or perhaps under the front carpet. Beats me!
Thanks, Rob ![]()

I think they're aftermarket floor mat hooks.

These are spring clips and are from your 87. They mount on the sides of your air vents (molded in place with two tiny plastic "knobs") that hold them in place in the dash.

Looks like drug paraphernalia to me...where exactly are you located, like a street address or near a point of interest?

Are these clips available separately? If so, anyone have the part number? I could use a couple of them to fix my vent.

Rob, if your vents are tight, you don't need them.

Rob,
If you are like me, taking them out to check them (in my case clean them) will result in you needing the clips ![]() Todd

I've tugged on all three vents pretty darned good... they are all super-tight. I'm thinking that I really don't need these. If you want to PM me your mailing address, I'll send you the two I have. Regards, Rob
