Exhaust tips: double barrel (930 Turbo style)
I'm considering a Flowmaster (Flaumeister) muffler for my Carrera 3.2. Want to put on 930 Turbo style exhaust tip. Not in an attempt to fool anybody, but i just like the look of double barrel exhaut tips.
Anybody know where i can find these? I remember Tweeks used to sell them years ago, when they were still located in Long Beach, Calif, but that was a decade ago. Thanks Mike |

a good muffler shop should be able to give you that look. While it's no Porsche, I had a Flowmeister series 40 (1in2out) installed on my GTI. I wanted a look similar to stock, so they custom bent some pipe to exit the rear bumper just like that pic posted above. And, yup, It's loud... really loud. Of corse it could be the huge pipe I ran from the cat back that made it much louder too.
Before droping some serious $$ at a Porsche place (besides Pelican of course) check you local muffler shops. I used Lou's Custom Exhaust and was very happy. I paid 1/2 what the common VW high Performance upgrade cost.
