rear sunroof seal question

Anyone know the proceedure (or done this before) to put one of these on and the time and every little quick hint i could use to not make this a terribly time consuming event?
Rear sunroof molding or seal as it is called.

Cool

I looked and looked for info on how to do this on my '95 993. Finally found someone who clued me in on it.

You're going to have to remove the sunroof.

Remove the pop-up wind deflector (if you have one).

Next, open the sunroof about 2 inches.

Remove the headliner panel on the bottom of the sunroof using gentle downward pressure. These are spring clips you will be pulling out so start at one end and be patient.

You'll be able to see the sunroof points of attachment to the front cable/track guides. Remove the four small bolts and the sunroof will be able to be lifted out.

I cleaned all the old adhesive off with mineral spirits. When you've removed all you can, degrease it with rubbing alchohol. Apply the Yellow 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive SPARINGLY (a thin even coat) to both the sunroof and sunroof seal. The less you have "ooze" out, the less you'll have to clean up.

Go steady on this and you'll find it easier than you imagined.
