Sunroof / windows sometimes work

Greetings:

I have a garage queen 1986 carrera with 81K miles.

Sometimes the windows (both) and sunroof work.

I pulled all the fuses and cleaned the tarnished ends. No result.

The regulator or transmitter is suspect, but I have no factory repair book.
Can anyone send me the link or detail how to find the electrical part that relays the electricity to those functions?

There are 5 electrical pods above the fuse box which I suspect are the relay boxes.
I cannot ascertain which might be defective causing intermittent use.

Help would be appreciated.
