Door latches

I am looking at door latches for my 1970 e
The number on them is
1430405468 4r
1430405467 4l
Will these work on my 70, for that matter are they all the same on the long noses?
Please help me close this door ha

I replaced my latch on my 1973. The big deal is the color. The Porsche part is black. That's just wrong. I'm not sure about the Pelican part since it won't come up up in my search.
