power cable inside the windshield ?
Hey. can you tell me what kind of a power cable that is inside the windshield post

Are you sure that's a power cable and not a sunroof drain?

What year and model?. The picture looks like it is the drivers side front windshield pillar. From what I can remember on my 80SC Targa there was no wiring that high up in that area. All of the wiring was either in the luggage compartment or was directly behind the dash and under the dash.

Not sure if they ever did it on the 911 but my 87 944 has an windshield radio antenna, could be wiring for that.
